Health Talk

Conscious and Connected Families… without chaos and shame.

Behaviors are simply a window into a developing brain.

We often have parents coming to us because they don’t know what else to do. Their kid isn’t acting like themselves and they’ve been doing the best they know how. It can start to feel frustrating, isolating and ultimately confusing for “what went wrong?”

Does this sound familiar?

You aren’t alone, and you’re doing an amazing job. With a brain-based lens, we can start to unpack what’s going on and how you can best feel supported.

As we move into the new year, you are likely seeing an increase in these behaviors, such as emotional outbursts, anxiety, ADHD, learning disabilities, rage, etc. I’ll be teaching you why that is during this talk.

This will be an informative & interactive 45 min talk about how you can navigate behavioral/neurodivergent challenges your kiddo might be presenting with.

During our short time together, you can expect to gain:
1. an understanding of brain development
2. support & confidence in your parenting
3. tools & resources to implement at home
4. how the nervous system plays a crucial role
5. actions steps on what to do next
