“Sunday night I went to bed ready for what was sure to be a productive and fun week filled with serving clients, creating content, and more.

I woke up with sharp stomach pain around 1 am and didn’t sleep a wink, praying to the porcelain god over and over…

Fast forward to now, and having slept for approximately 30 of the last 40 hours, and I feel like a human again (though certainly not 100%).

Anyway, I decided to hop on my laptop to get a few small things done, and I decided it would be worth it to share my Recovery From Sickness Document.

We can never truly prepare for being sick, but there are things we can do to help get better faster. I hope that document serves you well if/when you get sick next.”
